The Marion E. Hawkins International Student Scholarship is open to international degree-seeking students (on a US Visa) with any major attending UWRF. Students must demonstrate scholarship, character, leadership, and determination. The intent is that the student will return to their home country to share the benefits of their U.S. education. Permanent residents or other foreign-born students are not eligible for consideration.
