The Archie R. and Dorothy A. Moss Scholarship is available to undergraduate students who are graduates from a Montgomery County, VA, or Radford, VA high school who exhibit demonstrated financial need as determined by the FAFSA. In addition, consideration will be given to those students with high academic achievement, participate in community service projects, and demonstrate leadership qualities.
