1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The USC APAA Scholarship for Returning Scholars will be specifically awarded to USC undergraduate and graduate students who have previously been awarded an APAA scholarship from the previous academic year. Applicants must be students (undergraduate, transfer, graduate, or professional) enrolled in a USC degree program or who will be enrolled (in the case of an incoming first-year, transfer, or graduate student) for the entire academic year (fall and spring semesters).
