1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Eagle Transfer Scholarship is open to transfer students who have completed an AA or AS degree from an accredited Florida State or Community College. Students must have submitted a completed FAFSA form to the U. S. Department of Education by the published deadline. Students must be classified as Florida residents for tuition purposes.
