The National Merit Scholarships/College Sponsored Merit Award is open to students selected by the National Merit Scholarship Committee to receive the College-Sponsored Merit Scholarship Award. This award is valid for four years of undergraduate study. To be considered for this scholarship, students must designate Rutgers University as their first choice on the National Merit Scholarship application.
