Oregon Office of Student Access and Completion/DREAM Former Foster Youth Scholarship

Applicant must meet one of the following criteria: applies for and qualifies for the Chafee Education and Training Grant; or was adopted from foster care between the ages of 14 and 16; or is a former Chafee awardee now over age 23 and currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program, or is a Chafee-eligible youth who did not receive Chafee funds before age 21. Apply/compete annually. Must be enrolled at least half-time. Based on financial need.
