The Jagannathan Scholarship is for students enrolled or enrolling in a degree program at Appalachian State University which is one of the constituent institutions of The University of North Carolina. Applicants must be nominated by the financial aid office of the school they plan to attend. They must have demonstrated academic achievement, as indicated by class rank, cumulative GPA, and SAT scores, leadership, and financial need.
