The Wilma Hoyal-Maxine Chilton Memorial Scholarship is open to a enrolled as a second-year or upper-division student in Political Science, Public Programs, or Special Education. Preference will be given to honorably discharged veterans or immediate family members of a veteran. Applicant must complete at least 12 hours with a grade average of B or better. Recipient will be selected based on scholarship, financial need, character, and leadership. Applicant must submit three letters of recommendation.
