1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Oklahoma Tuition Aid Grant is open to Oklahoma residents who attend eligible colleges, universities, and career technology centers in Oklahoma. This is a need-based grant program and financial need is measured by the Expected Family Contribution (EFC), which is determined based on the information the student provides on their FAFSA. Special Application is available for undocumented immigrant students. Undocumented immigrants may be eligible for this award given that they are enrolling in postsecondary education for the first time in 2007-08 and thereafter must: 1. Have graduated from a public or private high school in Oklahoma. 2. Have resided in Oklahoma with a parent or guardian while attending a public or private high school in Oklahoma for at least two years prior to graduation. 3. Satisfy admission standards for the institution. 4. Have provided to the institution a copy of a true and correct application or petition filed with United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to legalize the student's immigration status.
