1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
Applicants for the Elks National Foundation Most Valuable Student Scholarship will be judged on scholarship, leadership, and financial need. Applicants must be current high school seniors, or the equivalent. Home-schooled students are eligible to apply for the scholarship. Applicants do not need to be related to a member of the Elks. High school graduates are not eligible to apply. Applicants must be citizens of the United States on the date their applications are submitted; permanent legal resident status does not qualify. Scholarships are available only to students who enroll in four-year undergraduate degree programs at accredited U.S. American colleges or universities. It is acceptable for a student to enroll in a two-year college for the first two years of the four-year program. Male and female students compete separately.
