1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Michael Anthony Willemsen Public Service Scholarship is open to applicants who must be registered as a student at a Monterey County high school and graduating high school senior. The scholarship recipient must demonstrate the desire to pursue a career in the Public Service field. The scholarship may be renewed for up to four years.
