1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Brigadier General John Bissell Scholarship was established by the late Mrs. Vada Bissell in memory of her husband. Applicants should demonstrate financial need, a strong likelihood of success in higher education, and evidence of good character and future leadership potential.
