The Dr. Matthew R. Hadley Scholarship Fund The Dr. Matthew R. Hadley Scholarship Fund was established at The Pittsburgh Foundation to provide scholarships awarded to one or more graduating seniors from McKeesport Area, Clairton City, Steel Valley, South Allegheny or East Allegheny High Schools. Preference will be given to applicants who can demonstrate financial need and those who demonstrate leadership, community volunteerism and community involvement.
