1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Bettie Sue Dunn Cummings Scholarship Fund's mission is to provide scholarships for young women from rural areas in Texas who are pursuing a career path that will lead to their financial security. Preference will be given to applicants who express a desire to 'pay it forward' and improve the communities in which they live, and who exemplify good character, integrity, responsibility, and leadership. Applicants must be a current graduating female from Center Point High School, Comfort High School, Goliad High School, Ingram High School, or Woodsboro High School. Selection of recipients is based on financial need and personal achievement, as well as content of cover letter submitted.
