The St. Paul Presbyterian Legacy Scholarship will be awarded to graduating seniors who will attend any college in the United States and will major in any field of study. Applicants must be residents or attend high school in eligible counties in Texas as stated in the scholarship's website. Applicants must submit two letters of reference. One must be from a teacher that can speak to the applicant's character or behavior in the classroom.
