1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The John Siler Memorial Scholarship is available to any student intending to major in theatre in the 2025-2026 School Year. This scholarship requires an audition for consideration. To even consider auditioning for scholarships, students must be a graduating senior and be an inducted Thespian at the time of auditions. Students must intend to major in theatre. Minors in theatre are not eligible. Applicants must attend one of the following scholarship informational workshops (failure to attend will make a student ineligible): Technical Theatre Audition and Acting, Vocal & Vocal/Acting Audition. Students may audition in only one of the following areas: (A) Vocal: Prepare two contrasting 45 second Song Selections, or a contrasting 45 second Vocal Selection and 45 second Monologue Selection. (B) Acting: Prepare two contrasting 45 second Monologue Selections. (C) Technical: Prepare a three to five-minute portfolio presentation. (D) Performer Slate: Submit name, title of pieces, show titles, names of playwrights and composers. (E) Technical Slate: Submit name, technical area of presentation, and show title.
