1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
This Out-of-State Tuition Scholarship will be awarded to incoming Transfer students, who may receive this scholarship for up to six semesters, depending on the number of credits transferred to Stockton. The student's permanent address must be in a U.S. state outside of New Jersey, or Puerto Rico, and not eligible for in-state tuition. This scholarship is open to new transfer applicants only; students applying for readmission or first-year applicants do not qualify.
