1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
PG&E Corporation Foundation is awarding scholarships to help further the undergraduate studies of local students interested in being a part of California's clean energy future. Applicants to the Better Together STEM Scholarship Program must be a high school senior or graduate; an individual that has earned their GED; a current college undergraduate; or a non-traditional student. They must plan to enroll or are currently enrolled at an accredited four-year college or university in California or a Historical Black College or University (HBCU) in the United States for the entire 2023-2024 academic year. Eligible STEM disciplines are: Engineering (e.g. electrical, mechanical, industrial, environmental, power and/or energy); Computer Science/Information Systems; Cyber Security; and Environmental Sciences. Nontraditional students and veterans who are returning to school or planning to pursue an undergraduate degree for the first time are eligible and encouraged to apply. Preference will be given to members of underrepresented STEM minority groups; such as Women, Black, Hispanic/Latino, American Indian or Alaskan Native, People with Disabilities.
