1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Arkansas Student Loan Authority provides R. Preston Woodruff Jr. Scholarships each year to incoming and current college students in Arkansas. Additionally, one of the scholarships drawn will be renewable for up to 4 years. The applicant must be a high school senior, a current college student or plan to be enrolled in a postsecondary institution for the following Fall - Spring Academic Year and must be enrolling in a minimum of a half-time basis. To enter the scholarship drawing, students must complete The College Quiz, a tool designed to help Arkansas high school and college students learn fundamental concepts about student loan financing. The scholarship entry form will be submitted at the end of the quiz. Applicants may enter monthly. The deadline for entries is the last date of each month. All scholarship recipients are required to submit an essay by April 1 to be considered for the annual renewal award. Please visit the scholarship's website for more information.
