1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
PFund's scholarship fund is used to provide scholarships to LGBTQ+ learners from the upper Midwest at all stages of their education. Our scholarship program awards individuals for their commitment to leadership within LGBTQIA communities. Scholarships support bold leaders pursuing post-secondary academic programs as well as non-scholastic leadership development opportunities. To apply for a scholarship, individuals must be 17 years of age or older by June 1, 2024; be either from or currently attending school in eligible states; and be currently enrolled in or admitted to a GED program, community college, four-year college, university, graduate school, trade school, professional certificate program, or apprenticeship program for the 2023-2024 academic year. Two letters of recommendation are required. These letters can be completed by coworkers, mentors, community members, school counselors, or academic advisors. Please visit the scholarship's website for more information.
