The BMW Hope Scholarship was established by Flora Burns in memory of Bill Burns. Applicants must be diagnosed with Epilepsy. Epilepsy was included in the criteria because Bill's son, Paul has epilepsy. Applicants must provide a reference letter from their attending physician stating they have epilepsy. Applicants will be selected based on service or leadership, financial need, and scholastic ability. Please visit the scholarship's website or contact Epsilon Sigma Alpha for more information.
