The scholarship is designed to defray a portion of the tuition cost for attending law school. You may apply even if you are not currently enrolled, but you must be accepted at the law school you will be attending and provide us with that information, including proof that you have been accepted, within one (1) year of being notified that you were selected as the recipient of the scholarship. The $1,000 award will be delivered directly to the law school as a tuition payment. The law school must be a U.S. law school accredited by the American Bar Association (ABA). Applications are accepted from United States citizens who are or will be attending a U.S. law school accredited by the ABA. In order to have your application accepted, you must: fill out the online application form; upload a short statement of up to 100 words explaining why you want to obtain a law degree. (Optional) Upload an essay of 700 words or less discussing how you intend to use your law degree to make a difference in your community.
