Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board/Top 10% Scholarship Program

Encourage outstanding high school students who graduate within the top 10 percent of their high school graduating class to attend a public college or university in Texas. Students must demonstrate financial need and complete the FAFSA by the state priority deadline of March 15. Renewal award students must also maintain a minimum overall GPA of 3.25, successfully complete at least 30 SCH each year, and successfully complete at least 75% of the hours attempted each year.
