The YASME Foundation Scholarship applicants must have been licensed for at least two years and currently hold a General Class or higher Amateur Radio license. Preference to students active in a local Amateur Radio Club and in community service. Preference to high school applicants ranked in the top 5% of their class or to college students in the top 10 of their class. Recipient is to provide YASME a brief report of his/her Amateur Radio activities at the end of the school year.
