Award for full-time international students pursuing a bachelor's or graduate degree in joining technologies. Scholarship not available to students residing in North America. Applicants must have completed at least one year of welding or related field of study at a baccalaureate degree-granting institution and be in the top 20 percent of that institution's grading system.
