Scholarships will be awarded to Pennsylvania women at an accredited college or university in a four-year undergraduate degree program. Applicants must be in the sophomore or junior class; the PFDW scholarship award is to be used during her junior or senior year. They must be in academic good standing and be a registered Democratic voter. Applicants must possess a family Democratic Party background or be an active participant in the activities of the Democratic Party.
