1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Engineering Division provides scholarships each year for students who are interested in pursuing an engineering or science degree within the pulp and paper industry. One scholarship may be awarded to a student who will be in their junior year; and one scholarship may be awarded to a student who will be in their senior year at the beginning of the next academic year. Applicants must be a member of a TAPPI Student Chapter, or a student member of International TAPPI, or submit comparable evidence of professional development and participation relative to the paper industry. The recipient of the junior year scholarship is eligible to apply for the senior year scholarship the following year, on an equal basis with all other candidates.
