1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Praxair International Scholarship will be awarded to a student demonstrating leadership abilities and pursuing a minimum four-year bachelor's degree in welding engineering (WE) or welding engineering technology (WET); however, priority will be given to welding engineering (WE) students. Financial need is not a criteria in order to apply; however, it would be a primary consideration in prioritizing top candidates. Applicants should have demonstrated leadership abilities through clubs, organizations, extracurricular academic activities, community involvement, etc. Applicants must also plan to attend an academic institution within the United States or Canada. Applicants must have a minimum high school diploma. Applicants do not have to be a member of the American Welding Society. Two letters of recommendations would benefit your application.
