Recipients are selected by the institution. Current high school seniors may apply. Applicants must complete and file the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or submit the Maryland State Financial Aid Application (MSFAA). Students must only submit the MSFAA if they are ineligible to receive federal aid but are eligible for in-state tuition. Dually enrolled students must contact the financial aid office of the institution they will attend to determine eligibility. All majors are eligible. Students may be a recipient of a Part-Time Grant for a total of eight years. Please visit the scholarship's website for more information.
