I can't log in.
If you can't remember your user name and/or password, go to forgotten log in and follow the instructions to request your user name and/or a temporary password.
If you know your user name or e-mail address and password, but still cannot log in, it may be for one of several reasons.
Check that you are entering your user name or e-mail address and password correctly. Your password is case-sensitive, so you must enter it exactly as you entered it when you signed up.
If you continue to receive an error message on the log in page, go to forgotten log in and follow the instructions to retrieve your user name and request a temporary password to use to reset your password.
If you cannot log in, but you do not receive an error message, the problem may be a setting of your web browser. Some settings can interfere with log in:
- Make sure that your browser is set to accept cookies.
- Check your browser security and privacy settings to make sure they are not blocking cookies or otherwise limiting your access.
- Make sure that your browser is not set to cache web pages. If it is, try clearing your browser cache.
