Eligible applicants for this scholarship must be: Graduating seniors or graduates, (G.E.D. is acceptable), of the Huntington Beach Union High School District, Huntington Beach, California; Washoe County Unified High School District, Reno, Nevada; students or graduates of the Huntington Beach Adult High School; students or graduates of the Washoe County Adult High School; graduates or current/previous students of the following community colleges in Southern California: Orange Coast, Golden West, Coastline, Irvine Valley, Fullerton, Cypress, Santa Ana, Saddleback, or Santiago Canyon.
