Scholarship for full-time engineering students enrolled in accredited colleges or universities. Must be a Must be a United States Citizen. Must be a full-time sophomore or junior student as of the school year in which the scholarship is awarded, pursuing a bachelor degree in engineering or environmental sciences. Must meet at least one of these criteria: Attend a college or university located in Pennsylvania or be a Pennsylvania Resident. Up to three awards are granted annually.
