Pagination

If you have more than 10 saved scholarships, your results will be paginated. To go to a particular page of results, click on the page number. If your results include more than 8 pages, "next" and "previous" links will be provided with the page numbers. Click "next" to go to the next set of 8 pages. Click "previous" to go to the previous set of 8 pages.

Sorting Your Scholarships

You may sort your scholarships by label, name, and whether you have written a note about the scholarship. The current sort criterion is indicated by this icon . To sort by another criterion, click the appropriate column heading. To change the sort order — for example, from a-z to z-a — click the column heading again. If you have more than one page of results, the sort criterion and order will be applied to all pages.

Assign or Change Label

To change the label you assigned to a scholarship, click the label icon next to the scholarship name. To add a label, click the "new" link in the Label column. The label selection form opens just below your saved scholarships list.

Use labels to identify and sort your saved scholarships according to your own criteria. Label the best possibilities with the heart, assign the dollar sign to the largest awards, the question mark to those you need more information about, etc. Make your own system!

Click "close" to save your label selection and close the label and notepad form. Click "update" to save your label selection and keep the label and notepad form open.

Add or Edit Note

To edit a note, click the note icon associated with the scholarship. To add a note, click the "new" link in the Notes column. The notepad opens just below your saved scholarships list.

Use the notepad to record your comments about a scholarship — eligibility or application requirements you want more information about, deadlines, reminders, etc.

Click "close" to save your note and close the label and notepad form. Click "update" to save your note and keep the label and notepad form open.

View Scholarship Profiles

Click a scholarship name to view its Scholarship Profile, which contains detailed information about availability, award amount, eligibility requirements, application deadlines and procedures, and how to contact the scholarship sponsor.

Remove Scholarship

To remove a scholarship from your Data Locker check the box in the Remove Scholarship column and then click the "Remove Checked" button. To remove all Scholarships on the page, check the "Select All" box and then click the "Remove Checked" button.

What are COLLEGEdata Dollars (CD$)?

COLLEGEdata Dollars (CD$) are points you earn by completing certain COLLEGEdata activities. The maximum number of CD$ you can redeem is 5000. Once you have earned at least 2500 CD$, you can redeem them for $25, which will be provided to you on a Loyalty Card, and once you earn another 2500 CD$, you can redeem those CD$ for a second $25, which will also be provided to you on a Loyalty Card.

Complete certain COLLEGEdata activities (for example, signing up, starting your Admissions Profile, searching for colleges, calculating your chances for admission, searching for scholarships, updating your Profile with your admission decisions). Each activity is worth a specific amount of points (CD$). You can redeem the points you earn for U.S. Dollars that will be issued to you in the form of a 1st Financial Bank USA Loyalty Mastercard®.

You can earn CD$ by completing certain COLLEGEdata activities. As soon as you sign up and activate your COLLEGEdata account, explore COLLEGEdata and begin completing COLLEGEdata activities to earn points.
