Global University is a church-affiliated distance education provider resulting from a merger between ICI University and Berean University, with a combined history of more than 80 years of service. Print courses remain a mainstay for those who prefer to study in print or do not have Internet access. Its courses in Bible and Theology, Religious Education, Missions and Bible/Pastoral Ministries are available in 180 countries in 152 languages. There is no residency requirement, but students may visit the Global University campus in Springfield, MO if they desire to use the library facilities.
