Keller Law Offices/Keller Law Offices Scholarship for Higher Education

The goal of this scholarship is to provide financial assistance to a worthy student. We understand that there are a lot of outstanding young people who, without financial assistance would not be able to go to college. Medical, social or financial obstacles can make higher education a mere dream to some students. To help open the door to the world of higher education Keller Law Offices will be providing an annual $2000 scholarship to an exceptional student enrolled for the fall of 2017. The scholarship committee will base the judging criteria on financial need along with the quality of a written essay. To win this scholarship, all applicants must submit an essay between 500 and 1000 words in length on the following topic¿-A 19-year-old is convicted of statutory rape with a 15-year-old. Should the 19-year-old be required to register as a sex offender? The quality of the applicants essay and the accuracy with which they followed the instructions included here will be a significant part of the committees decision-making process. The winners essay submission may be published on KellerLawOffices.com. All applications must be filled out and materials received by June 1st, 2017. Applications submitted via any other channel will not be considered. Applications submitted after this date will not be considered. The decision of the committee is final. The winner will be notified by email or phone by August of 2017. Scholarship funds will be disbursed to the college or university in September of 2017. Our scholarship recipient will also be asked to submit a current photo to be published in an announcement to recognize this years winner on our website.
